Epson is finally considering getting into managed print services. While Epson has not been keen on jumping on this trend as quickly as HP, Lexmark, Xerox and Konica Minolta did, the company is now leaning towards moving its business in this direction. Espon’s Kathleen Nguyen, Senior Product Manager for Business Imaging, confirmed that Epson will launch its managed print services program sometime in the fall of this year. Part of its offering will include remote management services, cartridge level tracking, and tech support as needed.
